Kevin Hofer spent 24 years in the web and digital marketing industry, most of them as a co-owner of the agency where he built his career. That experience gave him a firsthand understanding of what it actually takes to run a business — serving clients well, managing operations, and building something sustainable from the ground up. After stepping away from the agency world, he turned his full attention to entrepreneurship on his own terms.

Elite Amenities grew out of a real business need. While developing a consumer-facing franchise business here in Charlotte, Kevin and his wife began evaluating vending as a practical on-site amenity. What he found surprised him. The category had evolved dramatically — AI-powered grab-and-go technology, real-time inventory management, sleek modern equipment that looked and felt less like a vending machine and more like an unstaffed convenience store. The more he learned, the clearer it became: this wasn't just a solution for one location. It was a business worth building.
