A Premium Vending Amenity for Your Property — At Zero Cost to You.
Elite Amenities and Provisions brings modern, fully managed vending to Charlotte-area apartment communities, office buildings, and beyond — with no equipment costs, no service contracts, and no ongoing effort required from you. We handle everything.
Built by a Team Who Believes in What They're Selling.
Elite Amenities and Provisions isn’t a corporate venture or a franchise play. It’s a Charlotte-based, family-owned business built by an entrepreneur who saw a real opportunity — and decided to build something worth being proud of.
The Background
24 Years Building Businesses. Now Building His Own.
Kevin Hofer spent 24 years in the web and digital marketing industry — many of them as a co-owner of the agency where he built his career. That experience gave him something no corporate résumé can replicate: firsthand understanding of what it takes to run a business, serve clients well, and build something sustainable from the ground up.
After stepping away from the agency world, Kevin turned his full attention to entrepreneurship on his own terms — pursuing opportunities that combined solid business fundamentals with the kind of personal ownership and accountability he’d always valued most.
A Midwest transplant who’s called Charlotte home for over 17 years, Kevin has spent his post-agency chapter here — investing in businesses, building local relationships, and putting down deeper roots in a city he’s genuinely chosen to build his future in.
How Elite Amenities and Provisions Came to Be
We Needed a Vending Solution. What We Found Was Something Bigger.
Elite Amenities grew out of a real business need. While developing a consumer-facing franchise business here in Charlotte, Kevin and his wife began evaluating vending as a practical amenity for their own location. What he found in that research surprised him.
Vending had changed. Dramatically. The category he expected to find — coil machines, cash slots, chips and candy — had been replaced by something far more sophisticated. AI-powered grab-and-go technology. Real-time inventory management. Cashless payment. Sleek, modern equipment that looked and felt less like a vending machine and more like an unstaffed convenience store.
The industry term for it — unattended retail — fit perfectly with the premium, modern positioning they were building in their own franchise business.
The more Kevin learned, the clearer it became: this wasn’t just a vending solution for one location. It was a business worth building.
Why We Operate the Way We Do
Accountability Isn’t a Feature. It’s How We’re Wired.
The way Elite Amenities is structured — local, owner-operated, fully accountable — isn’t a marketing angle. It’s a reflection of how Kevin approaches every business he’s involved in.
He answers his own phone. He visits locations himself. He knows his partners by name and has a personal stake in the success of every machine he installs. That’s not something a national operator can replicate — and it’s something Kevin considers a genuine competitive advantage.
When you work with Elite Amenities, you’re not onboarding a vendor. You’re starting a relationship with someone who’s invested in making your location work.
A Family Business in the Best Sense
We’re Building This for More Than the Bottom Line.
Elite Amenities is a family operation — built by Kevin and his wife as part of a broader entrepreneurial vision for their household. Beyond the business itself, it’s also a platform for something they care about deeply: showing their kids, firsthand, what it looks like to build something, own something, and be responsible for it.
The fundamentals of the vending business — buying products, selling them at a margin, managing inventory, serving customers — are as clean and teachable as business gets. Over time, as the kids grow into it, Elite Amenities will be a living classroom for what entrepreneurship actually looks like in practice.
It’s a serious business. And it means something to the people running it.
Invested in This Community
Invested in This Community. Accountable to It.
Kevin came to Charlotte over 17 years ago and never left — by choice. The businesses and properties Elite Amenities serves aren’t abstractions on a map. They’re part of a community he’s spent nearly two decades working, living, and raising a family in.
That kind of long-term investment in a place changes how you show up. We’re not managing Charlotte locations from a distance or treating this market as one of many. This is where we live, where our kids go to school, and where our reputation is being built — one location at a time. That matters to us in ways that are hard to manufacture and impossible to fake.
